Supported operating systems and browsers:
Windows with Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer (not on Win7) and Macintosh with Safari as well as Android devices with Microsoft Edge and iOS devices with Safari. All other browsers are currently not supported for security reasons.
What are the system requirements?
You can watch our movies on Windows 7 and higher, and Intel-based Macs with OSX 10.12 or higher. You can also access our movies on your mobile device via your browser. On Android you need Microsoft Edge and on iPhone or iPad Safari. You will also need a broadband internet connection. A list of requirements is available below. Please note that streaming via Linux, as well as the common browsers Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Chromium (and all others not explicitly mentioned as supported) is currently not possible for security reasons.

Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer. We recommend that you use the latest version of your browser, as older versions may not be supported. Internet Explorer on Windows 7 is no longer supported.
System requirements for Mac computers?
Mac OSX 10.12 or higher.
For Mac, you will need Safari. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as older versions may not be supported.
Can I also watch via iPhone/iPad?
Yes, you can. You need Safari as your browser and iOS 11.2 / iPadOS 13 or higher. We recommend to use the latest version of your browser, because it may happen that older versions may not be supported.
Can I look on my Android device?
Yes, you can. For this you need Microsoft Edge and Android 6.0 or higher. We recommend to use the latest version of your browser, because it can happen that older versions may not be supported.
I do not have a credit card, how do I get the films?
If you don’t have a credit card, you can buy a voucher for a film on our website, which you can then use to buy the film of your choice here on the site. Click here to go to our website.
I can’t stream content, what’s going on?
Compare your system data with the minimum requirements described above. We recommend that you use the latest version of your browser, as older versions may not be supported. Our streams are adaptive. This means that the quality of the stream adapts to your internet line. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fiber optic connections. With ADSL we cannot guarantee a smooth stream in HD.
Why do some movies have a national flag and are available twice?
From some distributors we asked for film files with burned-in subtitles, which is why the subtitles cannot be switched on and off there. To make the films accessible to as many people as possible, we have provided a second version with different subtitles.
I would like to see the movie with German subtitles, but only the English version is available.
In this case we would be grateful if you could send an email to email@example.com, then we can adjust the ticket numbers. (No, this will not make additional tickets available, only the percentage of tickets for English or German subtitles will be adjusted).
I have forgotten my password. What now?
Never mind, it happens to all of us at some point. Just click on Forgot your password login page and enter the email address you used to register when you created your user account. A link will then be sent to your e-mail address. You can use this link to enter a new password.
Why does the playback stop?
If your internet connection is weak, this can happen. Then we recommend: make yourself your favorite hot drink and let the movie load for a short time. This usually solves the problem on its own.
From which devices does Chromecast work?
Chromecast is currently not supported for safety reasons.
My voucher does not work.
Please check if you have entered all letters and numbers. A voucher code always has the following structure: WORD [-] five-digit alphanumeric random sequence
